Well, as the title says, this blog entry is going to be all about a new method that I am working on putting together that involves "reprogramming" an individual. The basic theory I have is this: "All humans, from day 1, begin to develop behavioral patterns that cause them to react to stimuli without thinking. This programming, for the lack of a better term, is often akin to malware in a computer, and can cause people to get themselves into specific situations that are detrimental to themselves." Keeping with this theory, I believe that I have a solution that may help to rewire and reprogram individuals and help them get past their issues.
I've come up with a method that I believe will help, and its based off the idea that there are primal energetic building blocks from which we've been created. Adding an influx of those energies, over a long period of time in a snowballing fashion should, theoretically, be enough to rewire a person and help them get over their problems....if it doesn't, it should help immensely. To that end, I intend to use these primal building blocks over the course of 25 weeks, channeling a specific energy type into the lives of clients each week. Each week, the energy type will be cumulative, meaning that as time goes on, more will be added into the energetic mixture. This will likely prove to be an intense period of time for those who choose to go through with it, as such intensity will allow for the changes I intend to make. The tricky part is that now I need to test this theory on multiple people, which is where you, my dear readers, come in. Should you be interested in being one of my guinea pigs here, so to speak, please message me and we will discuss your situation. You must be of legal consenting age, relatively stable, intelligent, and willing to keep me updated along the way. This is not something that you will want to stop along the way, and there are some definite risks involved. I cannot and will not be held responsible for those things, as this working will set you on an ordeal path of sorts for 25 weeks. Given the experimental nature of this work, I will be offering it at a large discount to select clientele. For the time being, I will charge 25$ a week, for a grand total of 625$. If this experiment is successful, I will begin to offer this as a "official" service at a higher price. Thank you for reading, and please feel free to contact me if you should be interested or have any questions for me.

I had a thought that was bouncing around in my brain for the past couple of days, so I thought I would share it here. Before I do, I will endeavor to set the proverbial stage: as magicians, or other such magickally inclined folk, one of the major problems that seems to stunt our growth is the actual manifestation of our needs and desires. We engage in rituals, cast spells, and set our wills upon the world, but sometimes we have a great deal of trouble with getting our intended results to manifest. For the blooming magus, we can sometimes get some really goofy, or downright improper manifestations of our will, and it can be a bit frustrating. One of the more comical examples I've heard was from a friend of mine: He asked for an obedient, attractive, friendly, and loving blonde-haired girl and got a golden retriever...He got the result he asked for, but not the result he wanted.
That, of course, brings me to the point at hand, which, while simple, feels to be important. We, as humans, conceptualize things differently than each other, based on our respective worldviews. We conceptualize things in a remarkably different way than those in neighboring countries, and even moreso our ancestors. Its no surprise that our familiar spirits, our pets, etc. also conceptualize things differently than we do. To try to explain what I mean, consider, for a moment, that there are three different means by which humans learn:
Aside from the above, we also have different ways of thinking about the world around us, and the people around us. Some of us think in pictures, whilst others think in words. Further still, some of us, like myself, think in a combination of the two alongside various symbols that represent the concept at hand. Keeping those two sets of different ways where we, as humans, can conceptualize and process data, consider that there is also one more major step in our cognitive process: we must also be able to process what we see and hear according to our worldview. Our worldview, in this case, is the sum of our understanding of our world around us. To our ancient ancestors, a rifle would likely have been considered to be a boomstick or a loud bow, as they had very little else to compare it to. On the flip side, if most modern humans were to look back to our ancestor's way of making fire, we'd have a hard time figuring out how to work it and understand their POV without a lot of hard work. Consider then, if you will, that the above examples are specific to the difficulties encountered when working within our species. Non-human spirits are going to have similar differences in their values, methods of learning, and methods of conceptualizing the world around them. This applies to angels, demons, deities, elementals, cats, dogs, birds, etc. and should impact how we decide to work with all of the above. A God isn't going to "get" what you're trying to convey to them without some working guidebook, so you must be patient and work through the mistranslation issues. You may well have a spirit show up when you call them, but that doesn't mean that they're going to understand you when you say "Spirit N., please assist me with gaining wealth!", as you don't know how that spirit defines wealth. Is it spiritual wealth, material wealth, intellectual wealth, or sexual wealth (lots of sexual partners)? You must be clear in your conveyance of what you are asking for, as removing such vague references is paramount to getting what you want. So when you give your instructions, I'd urge you to ask the spirit to give you a sign that he or she knows what you are asking for before you close the proverbial door and give them leave to work your will. I do hope, as always, that this post has been helpful. Regards, SE Yesterday evening, someone dear to me made an interesting point that caused me to begin to rethink banishing and shielding rituals. First, to understand why she has a different POV then most, its important to realize that she is a very talented psychic/gypsy-esque witch has no "doors". The doors I refer to are the filters that our brains use to keep us from communicating with and seeing the spiritual side of the world around us. The lack of such filters can leave her vulnerable, because she picks up on and feels everything around her.
This has, time and time again, led the two of us to discussions about various methods by which one can remove unwanted entities from his/her sphere. I tend towards using/combining several different methods, which include, but are not limited to, the following: - The Hammer Rite - Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram (Lesser, Greater, etc.) - Banishing Ritual of the Hexagram (Lesser, Greater, etc.) Lass, as she will be referred to in this post, noted that all of them have one thing in common: They all form boxes. None of them, through the method defined, ever create a bubble using the imagery associated with the work at hand. Of course, your own view of the work at hand might somehow indicate that using such banishing methods creates a bubble, but, when considering the actual design at hand, it doesn't create a fluid space within which one can work. Quite frankly, this is a rather obvious and glaring issue, when considering the fact that the cube really is not the strongest geometric shape. Given the fact that many practicioners utilize the above methods for banishing unwanted entities, creating sacred space, and shielding, it strikes me as wise to change how we approach such practices. While the idea is not yet fully-formed, I believe that it would be effecacious to follow a molecular design, thereby rendering ourselves more able to resist influences from outside forms. If anyone does stumble onto this blog and decides to read this miniature wall of text, I'd love to hear/read your suggestions. Regards, The Sorceror |
