It takes a great deal of time and effort to maintain and update this page frequently, and many have benefited a great deal from the information provided herein.  As a result, every so often some particularly kind and generous folks have contacted me privately with the intention of donating to my coffers and funding further experimentation.  In an effort to make this easier, I've created this page and created a link for donations.
