XII: The Hanged Man

There comes a time in everyone's life where a debt must be paid. When one must capitulate and sacrifice for the safe of earning the right to move forward.

This is the burden of the Hanged Man, and many make the mistake of making themselves a martyr at this stage.

Instead, enchant for grace, give offerings, provide penance, make reparations, and take a metaphorical walk of shame. Then let yourself down from this cross and move forward. This stage is as much about absolving yourself of your sins as it is about making good on your promises and balming wounds you've caused.

XI: Justice

This is another time wherein it is suitable to take stock. Does your current path work for you? Have you reached your peak? If so, it is time to create new opportunities for yourself.

Be aware, this endeavor may well lead you to a restart in this procession. If you choose wisely in your change, it will very likely feel like you are out of your element; take this as a challenge and use this chance to "shortcut" your growth. If you do so successfully, you'll quickly enter the next tier of experiences and opportunities.
-Enchant for opportunities
-Make offerings
-Seek awareness, as not everything is how it initially appears

Remember, change can feel punitive and may require sacrifice. One must cut the rotting fruit from the tree in order for it to grow next season.

X: Wheel of Fortune

Rich or poor, the Wheel turns for us all. As we follow the Hermit's footsteps, we learn that there is more to life. We then bring those useful tidbits into our daily life. And so the Wheel turns and you may begin to learn of patterns. As the years churn by, take stock of their ebb and flow. Changes that occur may represent different opportunities for growth.

The sign of success here is letting this movement work for you. Traverse an incline and do your part to maintain your momentum during slumps.
-Grease the wheels
-Divine frequently to see where you're headed
-Enchant to be able to tell the difference between good opportunities and bad ones

How you handle this state of being will have a profound impact on your life. Make no mistake, it will change where this journey takes you.

IX: The Hermit

Eventually, mundane success can become a bit boring. We start to see that there are other things out there in the world, and this motivates us to search for answers.

On one hand, we do not wish to forget to maintain our reality, but on the other one seeks to avoid being limited by it. When this feeling overcomes you, and you feel the call towards greater things, know that you will begin to straddle two worlds. As you begin to understand this new cerebral and spiritual arena, you may strive to unite the two.

Clean up your Social Media, sanitize your home, and meditate to declutter your mind. Don't let either the mundane or the spiritual take over your life. Rather, balance the two, and let toxic forces go instead of holding them close.

VIII: Strength

Over time, success has its own challenges. It can, at times, feel like a Sisyphean endeavor. When times like this arise, it becomes crucial to endure, take care of oneself, and patiently allow the troubled times to pass.

I would recommend that you work on recovery, healing, and courage during this time of trials and tribulations. Your journey isn't over yet, so you don't want to get burned out.

Thus, as you endure, I suggest taking mundane steps too. Take care of your physical and emotional well-being.

On a personal note, this is a favorite card of mine, as it comes up frequently, and in different ways. Being strong isn't about being able to lift a heavy load once, but rather being able to lift that load and continue doing so. We've all seen the athlete whose in for a sprint, but ducks out of a marathon....life is a marathon, and while you might be permitted to lay down your load from time to time, that is not a common thing.

So when the going gets you down, find something that acts as a liniment for your soul, a shelter from the storm, and a source of peace.

At this point, the ball has been rolling for a while and you've got plenty of momentum. You've paid attention to your steps along the way and have a solid presence.

It is at this time where diversifying may prove wise. You've shored up your primary means of wealth and now you're able to sort out additional means of income. Now, you may take on new projects.
Enchant for new experiences and opportunities, as doing so will open some interesting doors for you.

A card of Union, this step focuses upon bringing opposites under control and causing them to work for you. This can be romantic in nature, or it can involve skillfully using male and female energies to successfully navigate the playing field.

Balance is key here, as when operating from a metered position, one can see and make use of opportunities not available to those operating at the extremes.

Enchanting for balance, awareness, and clarity is wise here.

Do not make the mistake of believing that this card solely represents sexual or romantic congress with another, as that can sometimes be a greater distraction than it is a benefit. There are times where walking your road alone is more suitable.

V: The Hierophant

A card of introspection and the analysis of patterns, this step is characterized by the need for truthful evaluation. By tis point, you've had a reasonable amount of success, and so it is time to take stock. Look to your methods and ferret out means of self-improvement.

Manage your image and be aware of what others say about you. As you become aware of the strong and not-so-strong aspects of your infrastructure, make changes and improvements.

If you cannot see room for improvement, ask another to analyze the situation for you and share their thoughts. Take heed of pertinent advice from others, as it will benefit you later.

Work to make yourself confident
Glamour yourself and/or logos you own
Perform workings for creativity

Remember, success is a matter of being able to see and understand what others need. Looking at yourself from their point of view can be intrinsic to this.
