Greetings, dear readers. This morning, whilst working with Elubatel, I stumbled upon an interesting piece of gnosis that I thought I'd share. To explain the circumstances, I decided that I'd do another generalized success working, as things have been a mite weird for me as of late. There was a sort of instant-karma type thing occurring, and I managed to spend ~$1k on random crap that kept happening over the course of a couple of weeks.
Being the "good" occultist, I did my usual thing and dialed up Elubatel for a bit of help. In talking with Her (I think She's a Her, rather than a He....sort of counter to what others have experienced, but whatever, I'm going with it), I decided to ask about why I, and others, tended to experience a bout of depression after working with Her for success. I, personally, have done this some twenty times, and always had that result.
Well, the ensuing conversation with the spirit in question led me to understand that when we leave such a request open-ended, She, and others like Her, tend to give us what we want the most. In some cases, some of us really just want to tear ourselves down and hurt ourselves. I, apparently, am one of those people with this deep-seated masochistic desire. This is enlightening in two ways:
1) Through this knowledge I am better able to know myself.
2) Its good to know that this is how She responds to open-ended requests.
So, that being said, when you ask for results, for Heaven's sake, be specific! Leaving the request wide open, even when its just a "simple" success working, is a bad idea!
