Without it, you will be blind to the spirit world, as most entities don’t work in ways that are obvious to us. Instead, they use symbols, dreams, signs, and portents to interact with us.

Be direct and do not use confusing language, but be sure to specify that you are asking about the thing that happened earlier in the day. For example, if you're working with Babalon and Scarlet Woman wandered by you earlier in the day, ask "Babalon, did you send the Lady in Red as a message?", then toss the coins into the air. If you get 3 heads, its a yes. Anything less is a no. If you get a "yes" answer, then delve deeply into that circumstance with your mind and heart during meditation, then let the event speak to you.
If you get a "no", its time to clear both your space and your mind out to get rid of the extra noise that's keeping you distracted.
