Sigils

I've found, lately, that my love affair with handcrafted sigils has been reignited, so I thought it wise to talk about them some here.  For those of you who don't know what the word means, sigils are symbols which are created to house both your intention and energy, and they are used to make things happen in the world around you.  There are hundreds of methods for making them to fit one's own artistic desires and internal needs, and in that way, sigilization is a very flexible method of magic.

One of the great things about sigils as a magical practice is that they can be created to do just about anything, and they can be "charged" or "activated" in any number of ways. The internet is rife with ideas too, as five minutes of Googling gave me the following:

• Using the elements: Water, Fire, Air, Earth
• Through focused sexual activity
• Projecting energy into the sigil
• Breathing prana into the symbol
• Light
• Vibration
• Blood or other bodily fluids
• Meditation
• Wild dancing
• Rhythmic drumming
• Music
• Ambient energy
• Tracing

The list seems endless.  With that in mind, I thought I'd provide a few sigils for you folks to play with before discussing in detail how to charge them.
