I recently became a Dad, so to speak, when I went out and adopted a new puppy. She's about 9 weeks old now, and she's an Australian Shepherd/German Shepherd mix with one blue eye and one brown eye. The little bugger's sharp as a tack, smart/tuned-in enough to see spirits, and stubborn enough to be a lovable pain in the ass.
Her presence has gotten me thinking about a topic that comes up from time to time: puppy training. Puppy's can be incredibly frustrating companions, as they're still learning their way in the world. We can take them to all the classes we want, and sit and be patient with them, but sometimes that doesn't work.
As a last recourse, so to speak, I've been utilizing a method that I read on RO's blog that revolves around evoking an animal's spirit and using that to teach the animal. Thus far, binding and constraining her through that method has worked reasonably well, so I thought I'd share it here.
If you've got the ability to evoke spirits, you might want to try this, as its actually very useful.
Materials Needed:
- Pen
- Paper
- Candle
- Matches
- Picture of the animal
Sit down and make yourself comfortable. Sitting at a desk would probably make this a great deal easier for you. Once you're settled, draw out an equilateral triangle that has two borders (one inner, one outer) that are separated by a space that you can write in. In the space between the lines, on each leg, rotating clockwise, write the Greek characters Pi, Alpha, Nu (spells out "Pan" in English). Place the animal's photo in the center of the triangle, and place the candle at the apex of the triangle.
When ready, light the candle and command the animal's spirit to appear constrained within the triangle in the name of Pan, the ruler of all beasts. When the spirit shows up, you'll need to detail out your instructions, but keep them short and sweet. They can be as simple as "Don't pee in the house", or as complex as "you're not allowed on the bed when your mom and I are having 'fun'" - just make sure the commands are not overly complex in verbage. If the spirit agrees, your good to go...if he/she doesn't, you'll need to apply some force through the use of the candle, directed energy, or whatever other method works for you.
Once the spirit has agreed, give it license to depart and move on with your life. If all of this worked, your animal should be better behaved after this.
